چکیده
Introduction and Aim: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of 16S rRNA virulence genes associated with Type Three Secretion System (TTSS) has been used as a rapid method for the identification pathogen Enterobacter cloacae in leukemia patients. Rapid diagnosis this becomes necessary starting proper treatment these In current study, we aimed to isolate from patients study TSSS isolates using molecular methods. Materials Methods: E. identified biochemical tests was confirmed by polymerase (PCR). Genomic DNA extracted also subjected escV ascV specific primers. Results: 30 (23.07%) out 130 blood samples tested were cloaca tests. Further confirmation methods showed only 11 be positive. Few positive TTSS ASCV gene presence gene. All strains negative Conclusion: PCR is best technique comparison other conventional because its safety, high sensitivity, specificity, speed.

Drug Resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae Isolated from ICU, Babol, Northern Iran
Multidrug resistant (MDR) bacteria are spread through the world which causes nosocomial infections, especially in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This study aimed to investigate resistance pattern of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter cloacae isolated from patients in ICU. During 2011-2012, 30 isolates for each P. aeruginosa and E. cloacae were collected from patients who acquired nosocomial in...
متن کاملParticular Distribution of Enterobacter cloacae Strains Isolated from Urinary Tract Infection within Clonal Complexes
Background: Based on biochemical properties, Enterobacter cloacae represents a large complex of at least 13 variant species, subspecies, and genotypes that progressively identified as the most species causing hospital-acquired infections. The aim of this study was to determine the relevance between phylogenetically related strains within the E. cloacae complex and the frequency of urinary tract...
متن کاملDraft Genome Sequences of Two Enterobacter cloacae subsp. cloacae Strains Isolated from Australian Hematology Patients with Bacteremia
Enterobacter cloacae is a common member of the gut microbiota in healthy individuals. However, it is also an opportunistic pathogen, capable of causing bacteremia. We report the draft genomes of two Enterobacter cloacae subspecies cloacae strains isolated from hematology patients with bacteremia. Both isolates carry genes encoding extended-spectrum β-lactamases.
متن کاملBiotyping of Enterobacter cloacae.
A biotyping scheme for Enterobacter cloacae is proposed. Tests with seven substrates that gave reliable, reproducible results with 110 isolates of E cloacae formed the basis of the biotyping scheme which would allow recognition of 128 potential biotypes.
